Booking Terms and Conditions

1. By purchasing a ticket over the internet, via website, by post via agent or in person, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of sale.
2. Tickets are sold by Worcester Festival Choral Society, Registered Charity Number 506826 on behalf of ourselves, producers and event organisers.
3. All tickets are subject to availability. Please check your tickets on receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified. We do not offer a refund once tickets are booked.
4. All discounts and concessions are offered subject to availability on a limited allocation basis. Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or applied retrospectively, and can be withdrawn at any time.
5. Worcester Festival Choral Society reserves the right to make additional special offers in addition to those published from time to time, and to withdraw them at any time.
6. Tickets are sold for use by the buyer only and are not for resale for commercial gain by the holder. We reserve the right to cancel tickets and refuse entry should we have reason to believe this condition has not been respected
7. We accept no responsibility for tickets or services purchased via an agency or third party, including group bookers.
8. Tickets are sold subject to our right to make alterations to the programme or performers as a result of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event that any individual performance or event is cancelled, a refund will only be due for that individual event or performance notwithstanding that a ticket for multiple events may have been purchased.
9. Refunds will be given only in the event of outright cancellation. No refunds will be given if the performance is interrupted or abandoned after commencement.
10. We reserve the right to provide alternative seats to those purchased.
11. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the event or performance if we reasonably consider such refusal to be necessary for the safety and convenience of the audience or the venue providers or for the proper running of the venue.
12. The use of cameras and recording equipment is strictly forbidden.

Transaction Charge: The on-line transaction charge is levied on all tickets except those purchased at the door of a performance or event and in person. The transaction charge of £1.00 per order is used to cover the administration charges which we incur in handling the applications for tickets.  Please note that Worcester Live levies its own transaction charges.

Credit Card Security: All credit card details are handled and provcessed on behalf of Worcester Festival Choral Society by PayPal. They are not supplied or held in any form by Worcester Festival Choral Society.

Privacy Policy: Worcester Festival Choral Society does not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Ticket Despatch: If you have ordered tickets for the whole season, your tickets will be posted to you at the beginning of November. If you are ordering on a concert-by-concert basis, your tickets will be posted to you two weeks before the concert date. If your order is being placed less than seven days before the concert, you will need to collect your tickets at the door on the night of the concert (you will need to bring a printout of your order confirmation).
